What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time varies depending on how busy we are. It can range from anywhere between 1-2 weeks, to 10 weeks. It generally sits around the 6 week mark but we recommend checking the 'delivery details' section for an up to date estimated dispatch by date before purchasing. We do however always prioritise any orders required urgently so please get in touch if you need something sooner than the specified turnaround.

What is your policy for any glassware that arrives broken?

All glasses are always packaged well to avoid this happening. Unfortunately, despite this, on the rare occasion breakages can occur if the parcel has been poorly handled during transit. Our policy is to always replace any broken glasses free of charge, so please don't worry that you will have to purchase another glass.

Can your glassware be put in the dishwasher?

We do not recommend that glasses are put in the dishwasher in order to preserve the vinyl. We recommend a very light hand wash only. The glasses are not recommended for everyday use, again to preserve the vinyl.

Do you offer any bulk buy discounts?

For our purposes we define a bulk buy purchase as more than 10 of one item (e.g 10 flutes).

We are often asked if we can offer a discount on an order if around 5, 7 or 10 glasses are purchased for example. Many of our products are designed to be bought in bulk (e.g. glasses/slippers/hangers for the whole bridal party) As it takes the same amount of time and materials to create each item regardless of how many are ordered, and our prices are lower to reflect the fact that most people will be buying several of the same item at once, unfortunately we are not able to offer a discount for a standard sized order of under 10.

Do you offer a rush order option?

If you require your order for a certain date which is sooner than your estimated dispatch date, please contact us as we will always prioritise your order to get it to you in time for the date required.

If you have not placed an order but would like something sooner than the estimated date, please let us know and we will let you know if we can fit you in.

At this time we do not offer the option to pay to have your order completed within a couple of days after purchase due to how busy we are.

Do you offer the vinyl stickers only?

This is something we have offered in the past, but unfortunately the font we used led to some customers finding it fiddly to apply. Therefore, we have taken the decision to remove this listing from our shop at the current time.

Will my delivery be tracked?

There are several options for delivery at the checkout stage. The standard delivery option is Royal Mail 2nd class, non-tracked. You can upgrade to tracked delivery at the checkout stage, and a tracking number will be provided on your confirmation of dispatch email.

What is your policy for weddings affected by COVID-19?

We really feel for all brides and grooms affected by COVID-19! We are therefore offering free reprints of tissues and socks. For glasses with dates on the bases, we are offering free vinyl decals with your new wedding date on, (or hearts if you don’t want to risk putting another date on) for you to apply yourself at home, as the whole glass will not need redoing. Instructions will be provided :) Please get in touch if you have been affected!

Do you offer bundle discounts and payment plans?

Yes, please ask us for our price lists for both bag and box bundles, we have set bundles but you can also mix and match items and we can work you out a price.

We offer a payment plan if you wanted to spread the cost. We ask for a 10% deposit on booking and the rest is due 6 weeks before your wedding, you can pay in instalments of your choosing up to the due date if your prefer, or you can wait and pay it all when it’s due. We make and send the items once full payment is received, subject to the turnaround timescales at the time the full balance is received (it’s usually around 4-5 weeks but varies depending on how busy we are) You can also choose to pay the balance off earlier and still receive your items closer to your wedding.
